About me

I am a Computer Network Engineer and a Computer Software Engineer currently pursuing my CS Master’s degree at University of Southern California. Currently doing part-time research at USC Information Sciences Institute. My main focuses are computer networks and security, and I am familiar with C++, C, Python, Java, SQL, MIPS assembly, and P4.

Academic Experience

Currently I am a MS Computer Science student at USC, researcher at USC ISI’s STEEL Lab. Before USC, I spent 4 years studying Computer Science and Asian American Studies at University of California, Santa Barbara. I graduated with several awards, such as high honors, highest honors, and distinction in the major. I participated the UCSB Early Research Scholars Program (ERSP) and worked under the supervision of Professor Arpit Gupta at the UCSB Systems and Networking Lab. During my academic journy, I worked on and developed two projects that aims to collect and analyze the data of Video Conferencing Applicaitons. Also, I completed my Asian American Studies honor project with an essay titled “Roots, Developments, and transformation of Anti-Asian Stereotypes.”

Along side with academic, I have a lot of sedentary hobbies.
